Whenever I need major service work, they clearly explain the problem and outline my options and costs. They will not do unnecessary work even if it could make them an extra buck. The team is friendly, smart, and helpful. They helped our teen-ager select and learn about her first car. They helped the parents address expensive parts challenges and long range service needs on autos approaching 200,000 miles.
