Great garage. Helpful and will do there best to help you save money. Always pleased with there knowledge. If you need work done on Honda and Acura vehicles they are the place to go.

High quality work, knowledgeable, and honest (the hardest thing to come by these days). They fixed work that our other mechanic messed up. You get what you pay for. Used them on several occasions now and always came out with great results. Most recently we had a mild conflict due to a miscommunication (no one at fault, just a misunderstanding); Mark handled it professionally and got it taken care of by coming up with a reasonable compromise. We were able to have an adult conversation without he or the mechanic being demeaning or belittling (no “you wouldn’t understand because your not a mechanic” type attitude). Hard to find good professionals like this. The go to place for your import car in the triad.

Excellent service and overall care for my Honda. I really appreciate they keep a record of what I have had done and keep track of my mileage to verify when I would be do for servicing in regards to the the manufactures maintenance schedules. They keep track of when my transmission fluid needs serving as an example.

They not only properly diagnose and repair problems, they keep me aware of what may become problems in the future, i.e., things that I need to be aware of, that are may or will develop in the future. We bought a Honda CRV 5 years ago. We have taken it to GT imports for every oil change and recommended service. At 100,000 miles it's still running like new. The staff at GT is efficient, professional and friendly. We'll keep going there as long as we have this car. We plan to replace it with another Honda when the time comes because we trust GT to provide great service. They provide service but don't "sell services" that we don't need.
