Always a pleasure to walk in the building. I Would prefer more comfortable seating but all other amenities are nice. I would recommend offering a new car smell. The products are available so it seems like a good investment. It sometimes smell like oil.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Always a pleasure to go in for a service not a hassle like some places.

First time I have had my vehicle serviced there but we have had other vehicles serviced there. Highly recommend their service~

I have been a customer of GT Imports for many, many years. My last 4 Honda's have had the best treatment possible from GT. I highly recommend GT to anyone who has a Honda or Acrua and want to know that when you have it serviced, it got the most professional care you can get, no "rip-offs" !I spend the winter months in Florida and will not get my Odyssey serviced until I return to North Carolina and call John, Ken or one of the other Advisors. They're the BEST.

If you own a Honda this is the only place to get service. They are much cheaper than the dealer. They are thorough, experienced, and honest. They won't fix anything that doesn't need fixing. You can always get an appointment, and they'll assist you in an emergency. We own 3 Hondas and we wouldn't service them anywhere else!

Got an oil change. Excellent service as always
