It was good service, but seemed a little long to get an oil change and tire rotation: and hour and a half.

Exceptional service and thoroughness of diagnosis. Very customer-focused approach in evaluating prioritization of repairs in terms of impact to vehicle performance. If you have had either a good or bad experience with dealership service, I would highly recommend this repair facility. I trust the folks at GT Imports implicitly. Twice now, I have had Flow Honda's service dept tell me I needed expensive repairs on my Pilot. When I asked GT for a second opinion, they found - and showed me evidence of - no problems whatsoever. In addition to being honest, these guys are friendly, polite and very professional. Two big thumbs up for GT Imports!
