Quality work and friendly staff. Not a good place for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, etc.) since they always push additional maintenance that is not called for in the maintenance section of the auto owner's manual. If you're not careful, you'll leave with a several hundred dollar invoice.

New to area, car was in need of oil change and was struggling with who to get established with. Plan to keep my Honda for a long time and want to ensure that the techs who are servicing it know what they are doing and stand behind their work. A very timely piece of mail (coupon) alerted me to this company and I liked what I saw on the website, so gave them a try. Website indicative of the staff and business - professional, courteous, etc. Additionally, after the oil change and on the way home (approaching 6p), the malfunction light came on. The next day was Friday and I had no time to bring the car in to see what the issue was that day. A representative from the company came to the car and "fixed" the issue (computer glitch). If that is not GREAT service, I do not know what is. They will keep me as a customer, and I will definitely recommend them.

I called around 10:30 am to see about scheduling an oil change for the same day. Johnny took my call and was able to work me in and was very courteous and friendly. Everything was handled as promised and we were all set for our trip out of town. Thanks to the great staff at GT Imports!
