Tho an unplanned expense, the issue found was a critical repair to avoid more damage the mechanic, Jeff had such a positive attitude and with his level of expertise, I thank him and GT Imports for having him on the team!!The front desk is always knowledgeable and patient, diligent to explain in lay men's terms any issue with detail as asked by customers. This time since repair time was 2 add'l hours over lunch time, they treated me to lunch.. unexpected and way above and beyond. GT will continue to have my business and be a referral for any Acura/Honda owner that I come across ! THANK YOU!!
