Great people and great service. I wouldn't bring my Honda anyplace else.When dropping off my daughter's CRV for a brake repair, John and I went through the maintenance records and identified several needed items that I had neglected to get done. He described each item, the price, and benefits of doing each item. There was no pressure for any extra work, just great information and advice. I opted to get them to do the full list, in addition to the original brake repair. The list was lengthy, but they were willing to stay late to get it all completed that evening. Much appreciated.Great auto repair experience.I wish there was a shop like GT Imports for my other brands of cars.

As always everything went great, taken in on time and work done in a timely manner. Service was totally up to expectations. I have been a customer for a long time and am always satisfied that work and service is done professionally.

A customer for over 10 years, we purchased a used Honda CRV 1 1/2 years ago. The warranty we received was a tremendous value. We recently needed some repairs and I was taken to the mechanic station and shown exactly what needed to be done. If you have a Honda in the Triad, this is the place to go. Expect honest and well articulated and explained advice about the work that should be done on your car. Any recommendations that a mechanic has for your vehicle is always accompanied by a detailed explanation that convinces the car owner that the work is worth doing and not just a scheme to make more money. Also, the place respects when its customers decline any recommendations and provides them with a consistent estimate of the maintenance required for the car. GT imports has integrity and will never give you two different stories about what is going on with your car when you come back. If you haven't take them up on the recommendations form the previous time, the recommendations will continue to be the same. GT imports is also timely and I have rarely found myself there all day when I arrive to routine maintenance procedures. For the Honda Owner, once again this is the place to go.

Great friendly service! Take extra time to let you know what can be a future problem and how to make your vehicle perform at its best! Can't beat the service. Have been a customer for many many years and when I had an accident the insurance company paid me top dollar because GR imports had a very detailed record of my vehicle maintainence.
