I've been really pleased with the service at GT Imports but recently their integrity was demonstrated clearly. I took my car there forthe oil and power steering fluid to be changed...since they said it was time. Shortly the young man came to tell me that the car was all done - that since my Honda is a hybrid the power steering is electrical. (Of course I didn't know that!) That costly work mighthave been "done" at some shops. I feel confident that the folks at GT will be diligent in keeping up with what needs to be done -but will not do unnecessary things.

Got me in and out very fast, so quick they even fit me in with my other Honda a half hour later. Nice job GT.

This is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. The shop is very clean and the equipment is modern. Staff is friendly and professional. I will be back.

Best place to take your Honda! They are honest and sincere which is hard to find in today's world. Give them a try....you might find this is the best place to be!

Friendly faces to help you through the process, mechanics spend time to make sure your vehicle is well maintained and will kindly point out any issue they see that might be of concern. Last time I took my van in for service, I dropped it off. During the day I was sent an e-mail with a video of the mechanic showing me an area of concern. There was no dispute that there was an issue. I didn't feel like I was pushed to coerced to get it fixed right then. They simply provided me with recommendations. That's top notch service!
