I would take my car here even if I didn't work here and the owners weren't my mother and father! Although I will say that I find the "GT Cola" they have in the waiting room very cheesy and frankly, kind of pathetic...

After an unsatisfying experience with a local Honda dealer, I decided to give GT Imports a try. They were polite and friendly on the phone and in person. The lobby and waiting area were clean and comfortable. The shop area was clean and well-organized. I got a full-synthetic oil change for $50 which is the cheapest I've seen anywhere. The gentleman who worked with me was eager to answer my questions about future service and provided estimates for recommended work. (Side note: The cabin air filter was listed twice in the itemized parts list for the 90,000 mile service which I didn't notice until I got home. I'm sure they'll correct it once I contact them). Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and I plan to return for all service on my CRV.
