The day before I had a scheduled service, my van would not start. I called and spoke with Chuck about the particulars of my situation, and he made a recommendation of what I could try to get it started. Within 15 minutes I was on the road again, straight to GT to drop my car off. The following day, I got a call with info related to my scheduled service, suggestions about what may have caused the starting issues, and suggested steps to take to address the problem - including what was not recommended at this time. Even with the additional work, my van was still ready that afternoon. The GT staff is always willing to help me prioritize maintenance and repairs, and they are just as interested in keeping my van on the road as I am - although they know my next vehicle search will start on their lot. Time and again, the GT staff has earned my trust and appreciation.
