I took my 2012 Honda Pilot in to have my oil changed and the technician found that my ball joint on my tire was dangerously loose. Thank the lord. They sent me 2 videos of the issue , which I greatly appreciate. Some places just tell you there is something wrong and don't show you. When I went to pick my car up John took me to show me the piece they replaced and how loose it was. Also the technician came over and explained to me how dangerous it was to have it that loose and what would have happened. GT Imports is very professional and thorough! Great people and Great Service!! I do not have to worry about them "cheating" this old senior citizen. If they say it needs to be done..WELL, IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!!! Otherwise they would not tell me that!! Thanks for your honesty--I trust you and your crew completely!
