Our relationship with GT spans 15+ years, 2 cars, 1 suv and 1 truck (and counting). The bottom line is these people get it right! There is an atmosphere at GT that is so different. Everyone really seems to love what they do and delight in their work. They value their customers and treat them with courtesy and respect. They are thorough and have a very high work ethic. As a woman, I always feel respected and safe there. If I have questions, they always have time for answers. They really seem to enjoy problem-solving as well as empowering their customers with the knowledge of how to take better care of their cars/investment. Always patient and thorough in their explanations, no question is beneath them and sometimes even involves going out into the bay to actually show what they're talking about. From the front office to the bays, everyone is extremely professional and behaves with the highest integrity. We won't drive any other brand and we won't take our cars anywhere else. Even though we buy our Hondas new, we still take them to GT. And if we ever buy one used, we know exactly who to call. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else!
